Pediatric care for children ages 5 and up

Whether your children are sick or feeling fine, the providers at Novant Health Primary Care Foxcroft are here for you. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are board certified in family medicine; they have years of training and experience in caring for children.

Sick-patient care

When you child is sick, you will be able to see a provider in our office quickly.We reserve same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients whenever possible. If you need help or advice after hours, calling our office will get you in touch with our triage team who will determine if your provider needs to be contacted or if you should seek more immediate care. 

No question is a silly question when it comes to your children's health! We are here to answer your questions and to help set your mind at ease.

Well-child care

One of the most important things you can do for your child is to get consistent, preventive medical care. This gives you and your child a chance to get to know your provider, and gives your provider a chance to identify potential health, growth or development concerns before they become larger issues.

School, sports and camp physicals

Our office regularly completes forms for school, sports and camp physicals. These forms can usually be completed at the same time as your child's annual checkup. If you have been given forms that you need completed for your child, please bring those with you to your appointment.

If completing these forms requires additional screenings not included in your child's annual appointment, there might be an additional charge.
