Adult care

Everyone needs a primary care provider they can rely on in sickness-- and in health! At Novant Health Primary Care Foxcroft, we work to help you feel better when you are sick and then keep you healthy.

Preventive care

The best time to visit a doctor is before you are sick. This gives you a chance to establish a relationship with your provider and gives your provider a chance to address small problems before they become larger issues. A preventive care visit is also a time to get valuable health information and learn about lifestyle changes that could lead to better overall health.

Our practice is committed to providing the care you need without ordering unneeded tests or prescribing unnecessary medications. If you ever wonder why a certain test or procedure was or was not suggested, just ask! We will be happy to explain the reasoning behind our recommendations.

Preventative care services we offer include:

  • Annual physical exams.
  • Annual gynecologic exams.
  • Nutrition and exercise guidance.
  • Maintenance for chronic conditions including diabetes and hypertension.
  • Work physicals.

Sick-patient care

When you are sick, you need quality medical care and you need it quickly. We offer same-day or next-day appointments for sick patients whenever possible, and we accept walk-in patients without appointments. We see patients as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m. so you don't have to choose between seeing a doctor and taking care of work or children.

We offer routine lab services in our office so your provider can get test results and start any needed treatment quickly.

To make an appointment with a provider in our office for preventive care or help with an acute illness or injury, schedule online via MyChart or call us at 704-316-3136 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
